Proprietary Features of ANNA

Adaptive

Automatically analyzes, recognizes, converts and sorts (databases) multiple mass disparate data file types, AND can automatically select and apply the most efficient compression method from a variety of either; off the shelf industry standard compression methods, or from a variety of nCore’s proprietary compression routines.

Transparent Compression Option

The Adaptive Compression feature uses various compression techniques to analyze and apply the most efficient method for each file individually, rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. This results in better compression rates, especially for file formats like ASCII text, CSV, HTML, and email. For these formats, the data remains searchable and editable without needing to decompress, achieving up to 90% file size reduction. For more details, refer to the “Transparent” Compression tab.

Machine Learning

If an unknown value is encountered during file ingestion and sorting, it notifies and asks a supervisor what the proper option is to execute and remembers the answer into a database. The next time that event occurs, ANNA will execute what it Learned.

No extra RAM or CPU Cycles

The current compression and decompression process requires additional computational resources such as CPU cycles and memory to compress the data. This overhead can impact system performance especially when dealing with large data sets and the cost will offset any data compression savings. We consume NO extra CPU cycles and uses NO extra memory. There is no additional processing overhead.

High-Performance Computer Processing Speeds

We integrated nCel Data Acceleration Software to boost compression and decompression times, and even faster accelerated searches/queries while data is compressed.

Military Level Security

ANNA provides special proprietary security countermeasures to protect the data. These proven countermeasures have been introduced into state, federal and military systems since 2004 and have never been compromised despite attacks by Russian, Chinese, and domestic hackers. Results

For a health insurance financial reporting project, our 1st mission was to scan and extract specific claims data elements from 12 months of invoices and claims documents, and structure it into a database to make the data functional to run queries in PowerBI.  The data sources came from 4 disparate data file types; PDF, CSV, RFT and TXT, and was a manual process.  What would take a team of 5 data analysts an estimated 8hrs of continuous work, which isn’t feasible due to other daily responsibilities, took ANNA 22.16 seconds with 1 person.
